​Professional Development Forums
Training & Workshops
To build the capacity of teacher mentors and teachers in areas of subject content, pedagogy and classroom management; reaching out to teachers in cluster groups or block-level groups
Classroom Observation
To develop mentors conduct monthly school visits of teachers of their respective clusters and provide support through de-brief conversations.
Peer Learning
To encourage teacher peer groups (virtual/person) so that a strong teacher collective is
developed which is led by mentors that could further help in sharing of best practices among teachers
