This intervention focused on training observers in structured classroom observations, aiming to enhance data-driven insights into classroom teaching practices. Through structured data collection, TEACH empowers government officers and educational stakeholders to evaluate and support teachers more effectively, ultimately promoting a standardized approach to classroom observations and enhancing instructional quality across schools.
