10. Use of AI
LFE’s Chatbot uses artificial intelligence to process user messages, voice inputs, and other submitted content to generate responses. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by the educator before being used in a classroom or professional setting.
Users are responsible for deciding how to apply any suggestions generated by the AI voice bot.
The Chatbot is intended to support educators, not to collect student data. Users should not submit student names, contact information, identification numbers, health information, disciplinary records, or other sensitive student information unless they have the proper authorisation to do so.
If student-related information is shared, we will use it only to provide the requested service and will not sell it or use it for unrelated advertising purposes in accordance with Section 4.

LFE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, activities, technology, service providers or legal requirements.
