LEAD Rapid Impact Evaluation
This is an internal evaluation study to understand the applicability of course concepts on processes and teacher programs. The study was conducted with a sample of officers who completed one or more of the three courses offered under the LEAD program in 2021-22.

This rapid evaluation study was conducted with a sample of officers to understand the extent to which officers were able to apply the concepts from the course as part of their job roles after course completion.
The key learnings include:
The structure and format of the course was appreciated, and enabled a high degree of adoption post course completion.
Officers found the course useful and relevant across the board indicating a high degree of adoption in their role.
Officers state that the course helped them improve their performance but more importantly it challenged their mindsets around work.
This impact has in turn resulted in better teams and improved programs for teachers, students and other stakeholders.

The Hope
The LEAD program had a positive impact on officers' knowledge, skills, and mindsets. Officers reported that the program helped them to improve their team management, program planning, and program implementation skills. The program also helped officers to develop their soft skills, such as communication and collaboration. As a result of the program, officers were able to drive better outcomes for their teams and programs.
