Teachers are open to using AI but need practical, hands-on and sustained training to build confidence and understand how to integrate AI into specific lessons and subjects. Exposure to AI through empowering, hands-on programmes can also help teachers see themselves as facilitators of learning and reduce concerns about AI replacing their roles.
